All sales are final beautiful ones, apologies, as we're unable to offer returns for sizing concerns or change-of-heart decisions. However if your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 5 days of delivery with photos -- we'll  do our best to make it right.

How long does shipping take? 
Your new favorite finds usually arrive within 7-14 days, riding the gentle winds of the world to your door. ✨ Some items may take up to 3 t o 4 weeks, especially if they're coming from faraway lands. If we expect any delays, we'll keep you  in the loop.

How can I track my order? 
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to follow your package every step of the way.

Do you ship internationally?

Can I change or cancel my order? 
Once an order is placed, it heads straight into motion & cannot be changed or canceled. We appreciate your understanding as we prepare your treasures with care & get them on their way.

Where do your items ship from? 
Our treasures come from all over the world -- sometimes from what we lovingly call Crimson Forest (China) or Silver Moon (USA). These poetic names are part of the vibe here at Gypsy of the Silver Flame. 🌙✨ If you're ever curious about the journey of a specific piece, just drop us a message.
